TOOL1 Editorial Calendar gives you a clear monthly view of your posts. Pro turns that view into a planning tool, so you can schedule, move and create content right on the calendar.

Plan all your content, not just posts
Add pages, products, portfolios or any custom post type to the calendar. Each one gets its own calendar screen in the admin menu.

Month, week and day views
Use the month view for the big picture. Switch to week or day when you need to schedule to the hour.

Drag-and-drop rescheduling
Drag a post to a new date to move it. The post keeps its original time, or takes the exact time you drop it on in week and day views. The status updates by itself: a published post moved into the future becomes Scheduled, and a scheduled post moved into the past becomes Published.

Unscheduled drafts sidebar
Drafts without a date sit in a sidebar next to the calendar. Drag one onto a day to schedule it.

Quick-create from any date
Click an empty day, type a title, and a draft is created on that date. Choose “Create & edit” to open it in the editor straight away.

Author and category filters
Show only one writer’s posts, or only one category. For custom post types, the filter uses the type’s own category-style taxonomy.

REST API
Read events, reschedule posts and list unscheduled drafts through tool1-calendar/v1. Use it to connect your editorial workflow to other tools. WordPress capabilities apply to every request.

Respects WordPress permissions
Users only see and change what their role allows.

Automatic updates
New versions of Pro show up on the WordPress Plugins screen like any other plugin. Update with one click, or turn on WordPress auto-updates. Updates need an active license.

Support
Your license includes 12 months of email support and updates from the TOOL1 team.

• Fixes for bugs and compatibility issues with current WordPress versions
• Replies within 1–2 business days

Support does not cover custom development, changes to your theme or other plugins, or problems caused by changes to the plugin’s code. If your license expires, Pro keeps working, but you won’t get new updates or support until you renew.

Requirements

• The free TOOL1 Editorial Calendar plugin, version 1.1.0 or newer
• WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer
• A TOOL1 Editorial Calendar Pro license key from tool1.app

Setup

1. Install and activate the free plugin, then the Pro add-on.
2. Go to Editorial Calendar → Settings and enter your license key.
3. Choose which post types appear on the calendar.
