TOOL1 Editorial Calendar gives you a clear month view of all your posts, right inside the WordPress admin. See what’s published, what’s scheduled and what’s still a draft, and plan your content without scrolling through post lists.

See your whole month at a glance

Open Posts → Calendar and every post appears on its publish date. Colors show the status of each post:

• Green: published
• Yellow: scheduled
• Red: draft

Open any post in one click

Click a post on the calendar to edit it in the editor or view it on your site.

Works with your site’s time zone

Posts appear on the day and at the time they are set to publish, using the time zone from your WordPress settings.

Ready right after activation

There’s nothing to set up. Activate the plugin and the calendar is waiting under Posts.

Light and private

• Loads only on the calendar page, so the rest of your admin stays fast.
• The calendar library is included in the plugin, so there are no requests to outside services and no tracking.
• All your data stays on your site.

Respects user roles

Only users who can edit posts can see the calendar.

For developers

The calendar is built to be extended:

• tool1_editorial_calendar_post_types: add more post types to the calendar
• tool1_editorial_calendar_query_args: change the query that loads posts
• tool1_editorial_calendar_event: change or hide a single calendar entry
• tool1_editorial_calendar_before_calendar and tool1_editorial_calendar_sidebar: add your own content around the calendar
• JavaScript events tool1-calendar:options and tool1-calendar:ready: adjust the calendar settings or work with it once it has loaded
