When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your website(s). The number of allowed active websites depends on the specific package you purchased (e.g., Single Site, Agency, Unlimited).

You may not resell, redistribute, or share our license keys or digital files with third parties without our explicit written consent.

3. Payments and Prices

All prices are listed in EUR. Payments are processed securely via our payment partner, Viva Wallet. By proceeding to checkout, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.

Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer refunds only if the product fails to function correctly and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase.

To initiate a request, you must fill out the form on our Contact Page.

Please include your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue.

Review Process:

Once we receive your request, our technical team will analyze the issue. We reserve the right to request temporary access to your site to debug the problem. After the analysis is complete, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund and the expected timeframe for the reimbursement.

5. Support and Updates

Your license grants you access to product updates and technical support for 1 year from the date of purchase. After the license expires, you may continue using the product, but you will no longer receive updates or support unless you renew your license.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tulan LTD. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
