2. Eligibility for Refund

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via Internet download, we generally offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product is technically defective or fails to function as described.

  • You have contacted our support team, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • The request is made within 7 days of the purchase.

We generally do NOT grant refunds if:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and downloaded the files.

  • The issue is caused by your web hosting configuration, third-party plugins, or themes that are not compatible with standard WordPress requirements.

  • You refuse to provide our support team with access or information needed to debug the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must open a Support Ticket or contact us via our support page.

Please include the following information:

  1. Order ID (e.g., #12345).

  2. The email address used for the purchase.

  3. A detailed description of the technical issue you are facing.

  4. Screenshots or error logs, if applicable.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 1-2 business days.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method (e.g., credit card via Viva Wallet).

  • Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.

5. License Revocation

Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated immediately. You must delete all copies of the software from your websites and computers. Continued use of a refunded product is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
