Diagnostic Logs

The TOOL1 Hub > Logs page records all critical communication events.

What to look for

• Source "client_api": Incoming requests from client sites (e.g., activation, heartbeat).
• Action "invalid_key": Attempts to connect with a wrong key (potential security issue or misconfiguration).
• Remote Update Failed: Logs why a plugin update didn't finish.

Use the filters to isolate logs for a specific site when debugging.
