User Sync Failures

Common Sync Errors

  • Conflict (409): The username or email already exists on the client site but is not linked to the Global User. You may need to manually edit the user on the client site or choose a different username.
  • Connection Error: The Hub could not reach the client site. Check if the site is down or in maintenance mode.

Use the Site Logs page to see the exact error message returned by the remote site.
