The Heartbeat System

The Client Plugin tracks user activity (mouse movement, clicks, typing) inside the WordPress Admin area.

• Active Signal: Every 60 seconds, if activity is detected, a "heartbeat" is sent to the Central Hub.
• Session Timeout: If no activity is detected for more than 5 minutes, the current session is considered "paused" or "ended".
• Calculation: "Total Active Time" is the sum of all valid 1-minute intervals within active sessions.

This ensures that lunch breaks or leaving a tab open overnight are not counted as work hours.
