Access Control
By default, Administrators can see all sites. You can restrict Managers or Moderators to view data for specific sites only.
How to Restrict Access
- Go to Manage Sites and click Actions > Edit Details for a site.
- Switch to the Accessibility tab in the modal.
- Check the box "Only allow selected users to view this site's data".
- Select the users (Managers/Moderators) from the dropdown list.
- Click Save Changes.
Selected users will now see this site in their "View Sites" list. If a user is not assigned to any site, they will see an empty dashboard.
