Creating and Syncing Users

Adding a New User

  1. Go to TOOL1 Hub > Global Users (or Users).
  2. Click Add New Global User.
  3. Fill in the required fields: Username, Email, First/Last Name.
  4. Select Role: Choose the role this user should have on client sites (Administrator, Editor, Author).
  5. Password: Leave blank to auto-generate or enter a specific one.

Synchronization

When you click Add User and Sync, the Hub sends a command to all connected sites. If the username/email is available, the account is created instantly on the remote sites.
